Support Service Staff
Job responsibilities include:

  • Assist and support persons with developmental disabilities (DD) as they strive to identify and meet their own work and personal goals.
  • Train and supervise individuals with DD as they engage in paid work opportunities at either on-site work settings or off-site placements.
  • Ensure that the quality of work performed is meeting or exceeding industry standards.
  • Support and encourage individuals with DD in a variety of recreational and social activities.
  • Meet the transportation needs of persons with DD by safely driving 15-passenger vans.
  • Accurately complete documentation and record keeping as required.

THIS IS A FULL-TIME, REGULAR POSITION THAT ENJOYS A COMPETITIVE WAGE (Starting at $10.96 to $12.14 per hour, DOQ) AND AN EXCELLENT BENEFIT PACKAGE.

Support Service Staff

THIS IS AN ON-CALL POSITION, DEPENDING ON THE STAFFING NEEDS OF THE AGENCY. HOURS AND ASSIGNMENTS ARE NOT GUARANTEED, BUT THIS OPTION WORKS WELL FOR THOSE EMPLOYEES WHO DESIRE A MORE FLEXIBLE OR REDUCED WORK SCHEDULE BECAUSE OF SCHOOL, CHILDCARE, ETC. SUBS ENJOY AN EXCELLENT WAGE OF $13.55 PER HOUR BUT ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR THE BENEFIT PACKAGE.

Van Driver
Job responsibilities include:

  • Provide safe, reliable and pleasant transportation for persons with developmental disabilities.
  • Complete pre-trip inspections and other required paperwork.
  • Follow all DOT regulations and community ordinances.
  • Assist persons on and off the vehicle in a safe manner using wheelchair lifts, railings, etc.

THIS IS A FULL-TIME, REGULAR POSITION THAT ENJOYS A COMPETITIVE WAGE (starting at $10.29 per hour) AND AN EXCELLENT BENEFIT PACKAGE.
