  • Have a minimum of a high school diploma or GED.
  • Have either experience working with persons with developmental disabilities (DD) or a strong desire to work with persons with DD.
  • Are able to pass a criminal background check.
  • Have a valid driver's license and good driving record.
  • Are a team player, dependable, energetic, and truly passionate about persons with DD.
