- Have a minimum of a high school diploma or GED.
- Have either experience working with persons with developmental
disabilities (DD) or a strong desire to work with persons
with DD.
- Are able to pass a criminal background check.
- Have a valid driver's license and good driving record.
- Are a team player, dependable, energetic, and truly
passionate about persons with DD.
