 The Crew

Engage a crew to perform customized jobs specific to your needs. A Merrick Support Service Staff is assigned to supervise, assist with training, and serves as a liaison between the business and the work crew. If your business has multiple divisions, you can maximize the benefits of hiring a crew to complete digital imaging duties for more than one company location.

Individual

Once the crew has completed your back files and you're ready to scan your day forward documents, we can place an individual client at your business to handle your day-to-day needs. This makes for a seamless transition from scanning your archive files to imaging your current paperwork.

Outsourcing

 If you prefer to outsource your documents to us, Merrick has a 52,000 square foot building with a secure warehouse where additional clients at Merrick work to complele contracts customized according to your specific needs. We supervise all the contracts that come in and quality assurance is provided on all contracts to ensure that job expectations are met.

Getting Started

1) A Merrick representative meets with you to discuss your current digital imaging needs;

2) A task list of scanning duties is confirmed and Merrick finds the best match to meet your needs;

3) We will give you a bid based on a sample of the work to be done;

4) A hiring option is selected for your approval & terms agreed upon; and,

5) Training and start dates determined.
