Individual Placements
With this option, a client is hired by your business as an employee and is supported by our staff through intermittent, face-to-face, visits to ensure their work performance is meeting your expectations. Clients are usually seeking 20 or more hours of work per week and transportation to and from your business site can be arranged or coordinated through our transportation services.

Work Crew Placements
With this option, crews comprised of four to six clients work together as a team at your business site and are supervised by our staff to ensure the job is completed efficiently and correctly. In this scenario, the clients are hired as employees of your business and are more fully integrated into your corporate culture. Clients are usually seeking a maximum of 20 hours of work per week and transportation to and from your business site is provided through our transportation services.

Work Crew Contracts
With this option, crews comprised of four to six clients work together as a team at your business site and are supervised by our staff to ensure the job is completed efficiently and correctly. In this scenario, your payment is made to Merrick Inc. and we in turn pay clients based on their participation in the tasks completed by the crew. Clients are usually seeking a maximum of 20 hours of work per week and transportation to and from your business site is provided through our transportation services.

Facility-Based Contracts
This option benefits the business that is looking to outsource production and/or contracting needs to a facility with ample warehouse, production, and workforce resources. In this scenario, your payment is made to Merrick Inc. and we in turn pay clients based on a piece-rate for work completed.
