Merrick, Inc. is a private nonprofit 501 (c) (3) corporation, licensed by the Department of Human Services as a Day Training and Habilitation (DT&H), Supported Employment (SES), and Adult Day Services (ADS) provider. Merrick is also an approved Ticket to Work (TTW) Employer Network. We are dedicated to empowering adults with disabilities through vocational and social opportunities, and guiding them toward realizing their dreams. Pre-vocational services is one of our primary focuses, which can include off-site options, independent placements or crews and on-site contract within our production areas. We are well recognized by clients, family members and business partners within the Twin Cities for promoting employment opportunities for adults with disabilities. We work tirelessly to provide services and supports that match clients to desired job positions based on their passions, interests and skills. We pride ourselves on our ability to be the employment solution – providing consultation, training and support of our client workforce to ensure a high-quality no-excuse approach to meet business needs and promote a reliable business relationship.
